Note: No physical numbers will be issued, your entries will be entered into a database starting from 1 decided by the date that you purchase your tickets.

All participants of this raffle take part of their own free will. 

All participants must be over the age of 18.

Participants must be UK based & have a registered address within the UK where the vehicle can be registered to when ownership is changed to the winning participant. 

One number will be drawn at random during a live draw exclusively on the Unloved JDM YouTube channel. This will take place at 17:00 on Saturday 1st February 2025. 

No participants will received any form of tickets or ticket numbers. Participants will be entered into an ascending database starting from 1. This number will not be capped nor restricted and will be decided by the date on which tickets have been purchased from the UnlovedJDM.com website. 

Tickets are non refundable under any circumstances.

Unloved JDM reserve the right to refund participants should the vehicle be unavailable through excessive loss or damage.

The Vehicle will be offered with an MOT in Running & Driving Condition. It will remain for the buyer to ensure its road worthiness before using the vehicle on the public highway.

The vehicle is offered with the opportunity for the winning participant to decide the final colour of the vehicle. Colour options are limited to solid colours & basic metallic. No other finishes will be applicable in relation to the vehicle nor this competition.

The winning participant will be contacted during the live draw. During this time they will be granted the opportunity to discuss their desired colour for the vehicle.

Should the winning participant be unavailable during the live event, future attempts will be made to contact the winner. The winner will be granted 7 calendar days to accept the vehicle. After this time if no contact has been made, the draw may be retaken allowing another participant to accept the vehicle.

Unloved JDM accept no liability for the vehicle once it has been collected from their premises. 

The V5 document must be completed in full before the vehicle is taken away from Unloved JDM's premises.

The winning participant accepts sole responsibility for collecting the vehicle from Unloved JDM's premises. No transport options will be granted.

The winning participant must provide Photo I.D when collecting the vehicle.
